TMA ADAPTIVE CLASSES

Learn Martial Arts through our Life Skills & Social Skills Program! 

This is a family centered class designed to provide a safe and inclusive environment where parents and siblings can participate alongside their children.

It offers a unique opportunity for families to connect and socialize without the typical social pressures or expectations that come with many public or recreational activities.

The class fosters both community and understanding among families facing similar challenges.
